The Reset Project @ Family Futures
Four weeks to pause, reflect and redesign how you work, care and create.

A 4 week, online programme.
Helping parents in film and TV step back, make sense, and shape what comes next.
Designed in partnership with Media Cymru, The Reset Project offers space to slow down, see clearly and make small, sustainable changes that reduce burnout and build confidence.
Each week combines a short private podcast, guided reflections, and a calm, live space, designed to fit around unpredictable schedules and real life.
How it works.
Each Sunday, you’ll receive a new Pause Project podcast episode and short audio introduction setting up the week’s theme.
Through the week, you can listen whenever it suits you and share reflections in a private WhatsApp group.
On Thursday evenings, we come together for a live 45-minute Reset Review; a calm, open space to pause, reflect and connect.
On Fridays, you’ll receive a brief voice note summarising the week and closing it gently.
Designed for unpredictable schedules:
-
Sunday: New podcast episode and reflection prompt.
-
Thursday: Optional live Reset Review, 8pm
-
Friday: Weekly wrap up voice note

“It gave me language for something I’d been feeling for years, that creative work and care can co-exist if we design for it.”
Mum of 2, Media Cymru Cohort 2024.
Tailored for parents in film and TV.
This Reset Project was designed for people navigating the unpredictable, creative, collaborative world of the screen sector where work often spills into life and care never clocks off.
It’s for anyone who wants to step back, reflect and connect with others making space for both ambition and care.

The Reset: In Practice
Our companion podcast explores the ideas that underpin The Reset Project; boundaries, guilt, trust, ambition and creative identity.
Each short episode offers a calm, thoughtful perspective and a simple reflection you can try in your own time.
You’ll be signposted to relevant episodes during the programme, but you can also explore the full series at your own pace whenever a theme resonates or you want to go deeper.
“The Reset helped me make sense of what I actually need, not what I thought I ‘should’ be doing.”
Dad of 2, Reset Project Pilot
